Learn the easy steps of how to debone a chicken, then enjoy the results by cooking tasty chicken satay (if you already know how to debone skip forward to 6.50 where the cooking part starts).
Peanut sauce ingredients:
• 375g crunchy peanut butter
• 100 mls ABC soy sauce
• 60 mls tomato sauce
• Water for consistency ( coconut milk optional)
• ½ diced onion
• 1 lime leaf
• 30g prawn paste
