Get your mojo on and join ‘Kick it with Kel’ fitness instructor, Kellee Ives at the Waterlea Captain John Rea Park and give your week a healthy kickstart. 9:15 Monday, 15 July 2019 is the first Monday Mojo class with the one-hour outdoor fitness class held at the same time, same place except during school holidays and on public holidays.
The Monday Mojo classes are offered at no charge for participants, and everyone is welcome. The outdoor classes are structured for adults of all ages, fitness levels and abilities. ‘The exercises can be scaled back or up, and there are alternative exercises if a person has physical restrictions’. In addition to improving your fitness level, it is a chance to make new friends and meet your neighbours from the greater Walloon community; and equally important, to have fun’.
Waterlea and Captain John Rea Park is an ideal location for the morning fitness classes given its close proximity to the Walloon Public School. ‘Simply drop off your kids at school, then come and join the class. It will be a happy and healthy way to start your week’, says Kellee.
